Sorry, I was commenting late at night and forgot to add that it's awesome. It had a definite impact so that's a win. (I was caught up in feeling like she's judging me, and smiling! Is that a good thing? Or is it more creepy? I can't decide!)

Ah, a Thalmor! The blonde wavy hair just looks like strands of gold that you can run your fingers through. The eyes look as though she is partially blind but can still glance at you in such a way that warms the heart or chills you to the bone. In this case, its a soothing cool gaze as well as welcoming. Very well done. :)

She's an Altmer, but not a Thalmor. According to her creator, *Isriana, she's actually quite distasteful toward them and is more of a warmer soul. :3
